Born and raised in Évora, Carlos Alberto is someone who, until the day he had to write a short biography, never understood people who talk about themselves in the third person.

He started by studying Pharmacy, but his real chemistry was with Advertising, and upon practicing his writing on medicine bills, he saw in words the formula to cure unemployment.

after completing his degree in Marketing and Advertising at IADE - Creative University carlos moved to Madrid where, for two years, he was building his portfolio at Miami Ad School Madrid. In the lands of ‘nuestros hermanos’, he won three pencils in the D&AD New Blood, a bronze statuette in the Clio Awards (student category) and some cholesterol.

Today he works at the creative consultancy, ACNE Lisbon, where on his second day of work, he took to the stage to receive two creativity awards for works in which he took no part in.

He is addicted to sex, drugs (paracetamol, at most) and cante Alentejano.

I've never been to the Amalfi Coast. But everytime I see those beautiful photos, those typical beaches, covered with red and white umbrellas… all I can see are rows of strawberry Cornettos, piled on top of each other.

So I thought of making this cornetto poster for the summer.
